Dr. Swallow is the Director of the Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy. His professional experience includes work as Staff Psychologist on the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Unit at the former Clarke Institute of Psychiatry (now the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He has maintained a private practice in clinical and health psychology in Oakville since 1994. Dr. Swallow has a special interest in CBT for depression, anxiety, couples problems, and stress-related health difficulties.
